BRISTOL BEST TUITION

What we do

Bristol Best Tution is a small, local, Bristol based non-profit organisation, which helps children reach their full potential in numeracy, reading and literacy. Children come from all over Bristol to add to their numeracy, reading and writing skills and increase their academic and social confidence generally. We help children learn the English language if they are dual language, or have little English, so that their reading and writing can improve with their speaking and listening skills. The organisation is primarily made up of volunteers. Alongside them we have qualified teachers, education practitioners and lecturers coming to give their support. 
 

Project founders
Khalif Noor set up the project in 2013 when he decided he wanted to help further children's education in the local Bristol community. Becci Rowberry, a qualified teacher who has been working with children for 5 years, has been working closesly with Khalif since then and helps to coordinate the project. We have now expanded to 4 days per week out of 7, so if you wish for your child to receive extra support on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays or Saturdays, please get in touch.

Cost
We charge minimal funds for your child to recieve extra 1:1 and small group tuition. They will be working with highly skilled individuals who will give their time. Please contact Khalif at volunteer.bbt@hotmail.co.uk to inquire about a place for your child.
